Draft your short specific stories and be\u00a0sure to include how you work.\u00a0 Your\u00a0stories will help you communicate to your boss, the CEO or a hiring\u00a0manager how you work, the results you achieve and will provide evidence that\u00a0you can solve the problems the manager, team or business faces.\u00a0 Remember, a hiring manager wants to know\u00a0you can do the job, how you will do the job and what the results will be.<\/li>\n
