This isn&#8217;t safe!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Be bold. \u00a0Have courage. \u00a0Write down your fears. \u00a0Then write down:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the worst thing that could happen if your biggest fear occurred.<\/li>\n<li>the odds of this actually happening.<\/li>\n<li>what you would do if the worst occurred. \u00a0How would you handle it?<\/li>\n<li>what you might gain in the situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now you have a plan if your fear becomes reality. \u00a0You are prepared to face your fear and to move on. \u00a0Move on.<\/p>\n<p>Take action.
