Summer is here. \u00a0Look around. \u00a0There are signs of the season change everywhere. \u00a0Mother Nature is calling us to be outside and to enjoy all she offers.<\/p>\n

Warm, longer days. \u00a0Bold greens, bright yellows and blooming flowers. \u00a0Nature changes her look and her intention for each season and she invites action.<\/p>\n

What do you notice? \u00a0Nothing? \u00a0Maybe that is a blind spot for you!!<\/p>\n

When you notice things you haven’t seen before or something grabs your attention, pause to reflect. \u00a0Be curious or explore.<\/p>\n

You might be surprised what you learn. \u00a0Or what you view in a different and\/or interesting manner.<\/p>\n

There is amazing freedom and forward movement in simple changes, a pause or a simple intention.<\/p>\n

Make one intentional change. \u00a0Do one thing different and expect a different result [your intention]. \u00a0See what happens. \u00a0Notice the transformation!<\/p>\n

If you are anything like I was in the past, you are saying, “Okay, but what intention?”<\/p>\n

Here is a simple July assignment: Update your email signature block.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You use email daily in your job search, right? \u00a0If you have had the same email signature for sometime . . . CHANGE IT!<\/p>\n

Create a new look and feel for your email signature block.<\/p>\n

Set an intention for this action to have an impact in your daily life. \u00a0An intention could be: \u00a0“All my emails will be answered. \u00a0I am positively looking forward to having all my emails answered.”<\/p>\n

Be careful here — this intention is not a goal. \u00a0It does not get measured or tracked. \u00a0Just set it and release it. \u00a0 It’s an intention.<\/p>\n

Intentions are mindful, present thoughts, set and released.<\/p>\n

If you are a results driven person like me – be careful – stop and release the intention. \u00a0It does not need an action plan or a method to track the results.<\/p>\n

Be present. \u00a0Watch and note what happens.<\/p>\n
