In your calendar, note the three actions you committed to achieving.<\/p>\n<p>If you didn&#8217;t create a vision for the year, no problem. \u00a0Pause and write down the vision you saw\u00a0when you closed your eyes. Making the shift to align your current activities with\u00a0the steps necessary to achieve more satisfying and fulfilling work is not hard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are three things that help:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00a0<strong>A commitment to shift.<\/strong> \u00a0Be willing to shift and believe you can make a change.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00a0<strong>Willingness to take action.<\/strong> \u00a0Moving to the next level is not bestowed on individuals just because they show up and hang out.
