Be authentic.\u00a0 Santa Claus is real, not a copy or false.\u00a0 He is a jolly older man for the North Pole.\u00a0 With a unique calling, the delivery of gifts to boys and girls around the world one night a year. What do you do?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. Be consistent.\u00a0 Santa is consistent.\u00a0 Same message and very, very powerful imagery. \u00a0Keep it simple.\u00a0 Think about the consistent message \u2013 3 things.\u00a0 People remember the 3 things Santa does.\u00a0\u00a0 What 3 things do you do?\u00a0 Do you have a consistent image and message?<\/p>\n<p>3. Be different.\u00a0 Santa is different.\u00a0 He does stand out in a crowd.\u00a0 How are you different?\u00a0 How do you stand out from the crowd?<\/p>\n<p>4. Be customer focused and know your customers.\u00a0 Santa is focused on his customers.\u00a0 Everyone on his team, Mrs. Claus, elves, and reindeer are all focused on his customers.\u00a0 Who are his customers?\u00a0 Little boys and girls.\u00a0 Who are your customers?\u00a0 How do you show your focus on your customers?\u00a0 Is your team focused on your customers?\u00a0 Do you have an emotional connection with your customers?\u00a0 Do you know where they live and want they want?<\/p>\n<p>5. Give to receive.\u00a0 Santa gives first.\u00a0 Do you?\u00a0 What do you give your customers or potential customers?\u00a0 What do you give to your network with each week?\u00a0 What do you give to those who share their time and important information?\u00a0 Do you know what others want?
