Cindy also knows everyone needs relationships and resources to fill their knowledge gaps, to achieve results, and to land a great paying job they love. She loves to help people connect to the resources they need. This weblog is produced to help fill some gaps and connect its readers with some resources.
During more than twenty years in government and private sector roles helping individuals, teams, business units and government agencies leverage their human capital, hire and retain talent, develop and train people, plan for the future and improve results, she was always surprised by the number of people that had a “blind spot” when it came to recognizing their potential, let alone managing their careers. Taking cues from many of the successful leaders she had known, Cindy set out to help those who wished to remove this blind spot. Cindy began with a goal of working with businesses and individuals to increase awareness of the potential within each, then tapping that potential to achieve results faster and with less stress.
Always results focused, Cindy was “coaching” people long before it was a commonly recognized and proven skill sought out by businesses, leaders, and individuals to get current results to move to desired results. People drive results by what they think, believe and the action they take or do not take. Helping people unlock their potential, see and realize the results they want is what results driven coaching produces.
She works exclusively with talented professionals. Her clients typically feel a little stuck or stagnate and want to move a career forward, but don’t know just what to do next.
They have had very successful careers, yet things just aren’t working the way they should now! They don’t like to waste time, they know they’re capable of achieving top notch results, and they want help getting where they want to be. They are smart and aren’t afraid of hard work. Many of Cindy’s clients were successful people who stayed busy, focusing on achieving results for the day, month, quarter and year for their employers, families, organizations and the other must dos of life; they often overlooked planning, building relationships and managing their careers. Then one day the individual wakes up and the job he or she was doing was gone, or had changed so much that he or she no longer enjoyed it. The inevitable question: “How did this happen?”
